Payment
For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order process. In the case of order cancellations or stock issues, refunds will be processed to your credit card within 5 business days.
Delivery
We strive to ship the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that take longer to prepare, the shipping time is up to 3 business days, as indicated in the product details. You will be notified in case of any potential delays in delivery.
We use express air cargo services with FedEx and UPS for all shipments, ensuring fast delivery. If you wish to expedite your order further, we offer priority shipping for an additional fee. For this service, please contact our customer support team.
In case of lost shipments, we guarantee reproduction and re-shipment of the order.
To avoid any delays in delivery, please provide an address where you will be available during the day.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery option you selected at checkout. Products are shipped from our U.S.-based company via FedEx or UPS. After your order is confirmed, the products will be handed over to the shipping company within 2 business days at the latest, and the average delivery time is 5-7 days.

Shipment Tracking
If the system encounters any issues while processing your payment, you will be notified at the end of the payment process.
If there is an error in the provided address and the shipment cannot be delivered, we will contact the buyer to resolve the issue.
After the order is processed, an automatic confirmation email is sent to verify the validity of the email address provided by the customer.
We are responsible for ensuring successful delivery, and our obligation extends to both the customer and the credit card system provided by our bank.
Important Notes!
Please check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery agent upon receipt. If you believe the package is damaged, please inspect it in front of the agent. If you find any damage to the product, ask the shipping company to prepare a damage report and do not accept the package.
Once the product is received, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty.
